Request for Quotations through the website will aim as a reference tool for our team to provide accurate estimates of work to be carried out. We reserve the right to alter estimates in advance of carrying out work on our project. In this form, we will need to collect your data in accordance with our privacy policy.


The quote written by Porter Decorators Ltd. for the client represents the requests of the client. It is not a builder’s survey and we will not be held liable for any task that is not included in the written quote.


Any quote or estimate is subject to revision, if a customer makes changes to their property or building after receiving a quote from Porter Decorators Ltd, customers must let us know of all changes made as soon as possible, so that their quote can be revised.  Any changes made without notifying us, may cause a delay in the work until a price has been agreed for any changes.




If you have any queries regarding the quality of decorating services provided, please contact our team. We do not offer refunds in regard to work carried out but we always aim to ensure that work is carried out at the highest level and that every client is satisfied with the work undertaken. 


All services provided are agreed in advance and follow industry best practice. We are fully insured and hold all relevant certifications, Safety Statement, Manual Handling, Safe Pass, Mobile Tower, MEWP and are qualified First Aiders. We take pride in our training and accreditations to date. 


We do not sell goods directly through our website. We take payment for services agreed in advance with our clients. When making a payment, please include accurate invoice reference numbers to ensure that your payment is allocated to the right account.  


Processing your payment using Stripe Card Services:


After you place with our team, you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. In order to process your payment, we use Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We may choose to change this Payment provider at any stage and aim to ensure our clients payment safety at all stages.


Your payment will be processed by Stripe, who collect, use and process your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies.
